Taylor County RECC offers a rebate of $200 for qualifying units to residential members replacing an existing electric furnace, baseboard or ceiling heat. Heat pump must be 13 SEER or higher with 8.0 HSPF and conform to ARI standards. Contact Member Services before changing units.
